I became one because I’ve always been curious about people—the choices they make, the paths they follow, and the moments when they realize they’re ready for something different.
That curiosity eventually became the work I do today: helping people get clear on what they want and move forward with confidence.

That’s the work.
What changes everything isn’t more information. It’s learning how to think clearly, trust your instincts, and make decisions without needing constant reassurance.
I’ve worked with people who are capable, thoughtful, and doing all the “right” things—but still feel stuck in their own heads. Not because they don’t know what to do, but because they don’t trust themselves enough to do it.
Overthinking becomes the default. Decisions get delayed. And staying where you are starts to feel easier than moving forward.
To go back and forth on decisions, wait until something feels “certain,” and question yourself even when you already know the answer. I’ve been there. Not in a dramatic, everything-is-falling-apart way, but in a quiet, constant way that’s easy to ignore and hard to move past.
What changed for me wasn’t finding the perfect plan. It was learning how to trust my own thinking and move forward without needing constant reassurance. That shift is what I bring into my work now—helping people step out of overthinking, get honest about what they want, and actually move forward.
I care about this work because I know what it feels like to be stuck in your own head.
You don’t need certainty to take the next step.
Most people already know what they want—they just need to hear it out loud.
You don’t need a new plan. You need to trust yourself.
Clarity doesn’t come from thinking more—it comes from deciding.
Overthinking is usually just fear dressed up as logic.
I don’t believe in waiting until you feel ready.
